WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday. My hours are from 10am to 5:00pm in the winter and 10am to 7pm in the spring, summer, and fall. I am off on Sundays, Mondays & Thursdays as of now.

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?

I accept credit/debit cards, apple pay, cash app and venmo. Fees may apply*

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL?

I understand unforeseen events happen and clients may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. I ask that a 24hrs notice is given to avoid fees and so I can adjust my schedule to accommodate other clients.

Failure to provide a 24hr notice will result in a charge 50% of the scheduled service fee and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service remaining fee to the card on file.


Deposits are forfeited by any reschedule requests outside of a 24hr notice. Contact me for all reschedule appointment requests to avoid repayment of deposit if within 24hr window. You’re allowed up to 2 rescheduled appointments per month.

On a case by case basis, clients will either be required to pay the full service fee to rebook or be flagged and forbidden from scheduling future appointments if card is declined for fees.

All appointment confirmations are sent via email. Appointment reminders are sent 24hrs prior to your appointment via email as well or via text if you opt in at checkout.

WHAT IF I AM LATE?

There is a $10 fee for late arrivals after 5 mins, and the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints, which will result in your lashes not being as full. Clients must be in the building at the 5 minute mark to avoid the fee. Clients arriving over 5 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointments.

WHEN SHOULD I GET A LASH FILL?

Fills should be scheduled every 2-3 weeks, anything after 3 weeks will be charged as a full set, NO exceptions. This can vary based on the growth rate, natural oils, weather, and the after care of the extensions. 
*I require new clients to schedule a fill 2 weeks out. This length of time will help me determine how often you should get fills.

HOW MANY FILLS CAN I GET BEFORE I NEED A FULL SET?

Client must get a fresh full set after 3-4 fills. I will keep track of all fills and inform you when it is time to schedule a full set.

IF I MISS MY APPOINTMENT, CAN I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK?

Deposits are non-refundable, NO exceptions.

CAN I WEAR MAKEUP TO MY APPOINTMENT?

NO. There is a $5 fee for me to clean makeup from your eyes using lash shampoo.

WILL YOU MAKE EXCEPTIONS ON YOUR AVAILABILITY?

Yes. However, there are fees. There is a fee of $45 to work outside of my work hours & on my off days (Sun, Mon, & Thurs) UNLESS I offer it to you. If approved, the fee is required at the time we schedule. This will be on a case by case basis because I am not always available on my off days or outside of my work hours.
